Event Enhancements

Hors D’oeuvres:  Butler style priced according to choices, Vegetable and Cheese Table also available.

Attended Carving Station: Price based upon selection/selections. Turkey Breast, Ham, Prime Rib, Pork Loin, Filet Mignon $12-16 per person        

Attended Mashed Potato Bar: Rich, homemade blend of potatoes, mashed and accompanied with condiments to include: sour cream, butter, crumbled bacon, diced scallions, gorgonzola cheese, salsa and sautéed mushrooms. $12-16 per person

Attended Pasta Sation:  Choice of 2 pastas tossed with guest choice of ingredients, sautéed and finished with a choice of 2 sauces. (Garlic, mushrooms, prosciutto, stir fry vegetables, asparagus, broccoli, onions, peppers)

Attended Raw Bar: Shrimp, clams, oysters or king crab legs (min 50 people) $20 per person

Attended Chocolate Fountain: Your choice of decadent milk or dark chocolate presented flowing from an amazing fountain with your choice of 5 different dipping items. Choose from bananas, strawberries, pineapple, grapes, marshmallows, pretzels, brownies, rice crispy treats, Oreo cookies, cream puffs and pound cake. $5 per person + rental + chocolate

Attended Ice Cream: Choice of 2 types of homemade ice cream served with your choice of 10 toppings. Toppings include wet nuts, nuts, mini M&M’s, mini Reese’s pieces, hot fudge, caramel sauce, strawberry sauce, pineapple topping, malted milk balls, butterfingers, brownie pieces, gummy worms, miniature marshmallows, marshmallow topping, whip cream, cherries, chocolate sauce, etc. Additional choices available for an additional charge. $10 per person

Attended Omelet Station: Omelets made to order with your choice of toppings, choose from: Sautéed mushrooms, onions, peppers, assorted cheeses, tomatoes, ham, bacon, asparagus, etc. $8 per person

Sushi Bar: Priced according to selections 

Margarita Machine: Double sided machine comes with two mixes, one for each side. Additional mixes available at an additional charge. Rental is $250.00, mixes available for $50.00 each additional mix.

Hot Dog Cart: Table top hot dog cart, great for the kids big and small.

Viennese Table: Assorted pastries, cheese cakes, cakes, cookies and fresh seasonal fruits.$10 per person

Bar Setup: Hard plastic bar jets, ice, lemons, limes, cherries, olives, all bar juices, mixers, coke, diet coke, sprite, diet sprite, club soda, tonic water, bar napkins, stirrers, straws, etc. $4.50 per person

China: Silverware, water, champagne glasses and china $4.50 per person

Servers: 20% of total bill or $20/hr plus tip per server whichever is greater.

Additional Time : ½ hr $150.00, 1hr $300.00. Servers are utilized for most events for a maximum of 5 hrs any additional time requested after the 5 hrs event is a flat fee that is due the evening of the event.

Matre D’Service: $250.00 and up, this person will ensure that your event goes off without a hitch. Organize and execute your event from beginning to end.

Bartender: $20/hr plus tip and tip cup

Griller: $125

Elegant Ice Sculpture: Priced according to selections

All attended stations have a $150 per attendant fee.
